“ Sea Change is a very good cause. I had a latte and cake, both were very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although I didn't have savoury food, the smell was great and toasted sandwiches I saw brought to another customer looked good. There's is nice selection of artwork by local artists on sale and adding interest. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Parking was available in Flagg Court and in the street behind Ocean Road. ”

“ Visited for the first time today. A party of 4, we each had a meal and a drink. I ordered the xmas imitation turkey, stuffing and cranberry stottie, it was very tasty, it came with gravy that was delicious. One of us tried thd vegan savaloy and loved it, others had the pie of the day and a toastie. Everyone enjoyed their food. The staff was friendly and welcoming, they welcomed my friend's little dog. It was a little busy when we arrived but calmed down later. Overall a lovely place to visit, good food, good atmosphere and welcoming staff. ”

The food is really good and reasonably priced and there is a decent selection of food which currently includes more of a vegan selection in view of it being 'Veganary'. ”

“ A lovely vegan & vegetarian cafe. I received a warm welcome when I walked through the door. The menu had a wide range of choice, including full breakfasts and toasties. There is a specials board that had a good choice too. I chose the soup off the board and it was tasty and plentiful. I had a look at the vegan cakes, again there was a lot of choice. I went for the brownie, and just like the soup, it was delicious. Staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely eat here again next time I’m in South Shields. ”
